With one foot firmly planted in Odsherred's fertile soil and the other in the clear waters of Isefjord, Restaurant MOTA has local and sustainable ingredients as an undeniable part of our DNA. Surrounded by forest and fields, with the fjord as our neighbor and local food producers as friends of the house, we live and breathe the local terroir.
